Our Story
Helping good causes whilst setting a world standard
The World's Best Charcutiers
are setting a world standard for charcuterie lovers across the globe whilst raising much needed funds to help those in need in reaching for their dreams of becoming artisans themselves.
Our first chosen good cause is to assist a lady charcutier from the Philipines. Her name is Maria Christina Poblete, after she completed her formal training at catering college, she sought to learn butchery and then charcuterie.
It has become her dream and passion to start her own small pig farm (max 10 pigs) and charcuterie business.
She has promised to set the standard in the Philipines and train those who are less fortunate than herself.
So we are going to help her, in order she can help others.
Only the very best charcuterie will be eligible for a truly world class award.

Blue Lily Rocket Stoves
This is another overseas good cause started by brothers Dulara aged 13 and Senuka aged 9 who wish to build and supply Rocket Stoves to needy farming families in their country Sri Lanka.
We aim to assist them in purchasing the equipment and materials needed in order they can follow their desire to help others worse off than themselves. Supplying rocket stoves to these families will help in reducing de-forestation and also reduce early deaths from cooking on open fires where air pollution is a silent killer.
If you wish to support Maria or Dular & Senuka by entering your charcuterie produce to 'The Great Charcuterie Awards' then simply follow the how to enter information below. We will email you by return and offer you instructions on how you can best process your entry.
